　　关于结肠镜下腺瘤检测和切除术后推荐的监测时间间隔的实验证据很少，大部分是观察腺瘤复发。该研究的目的，是根据息肉切除术后时间和可能与风险分层相关的因素来评估结直肠癌（CRC）风险。

　　该研究是在德国开展的一项基于人群的病例对照研究，通过访谈和病案获取患者详细病史和既往大肠内镜检查结果。

　　研究共纳入了2582例CRC和与之匹配的1798例对照者，评估了在先前一次结肠镜检查中至少检查到1处腺瘤者和先前未接受大肠内镜检查者的CRC风险。

　　结果显示，息肉切除术后＜3、3～5和6～10年（以未接受结肠内镜检查的受试者作为参照组）受试者的CRC校正后风险比分别为0.2、0.4和0.9。息肉切除术后，无论男性和女性、年龄偏大和偏小、有无高危息肉（3处或以上息肉，至少1处≥1 cm，至少1处有绒毛成分）以及是否为右半结肠息肉切除术后患者，5年内CRC风险均大幅显著降低。在结肠息肉切除术后＜3、3～5和6～10年校正后风险比分别为0.1、0.3和0.4的患者中，尤以左半CRC风险降低最为明显。
