Quantum Genomics是一家生物制药公司，专注于开发直接针对顽固性高血压和心力衰竭的新药，Quantum Genomics近日宣布，在《Journal Hypertension》上发表了一项研究（DOI：10.1161 / HYPERTENSIONAHA.118.12499），介绍了脑穿透性氨肽酶A抑制剂QGC006治疗高血压的临床前结果。

Quantum Genomics是一家生物制药公司，专注于开发直接针对顽固性高血压和心力衰竭的新药，Quantum Genomics近日宣布，在《Journal Hypertension》上发表了一项研究（DOI：10.1161 / HYPERTENSIONAHA.118.12499），介绍了脑穿透性氨肽酶A抑制剂QGC006治疗高血压的临床前结果。临床前数据证明，如同firibastat一样，QGC006能够诱导病理模型大鼠的血压的显著降低。Quantum Genomics研究与开发副总裁Fabrice Balavoine说：“该临床前证实了脑氨肽酶A抑制剂治疗高血压的应用价值”。
