此项研究共纳入4896例接受R-ZES置入的心梗患者，并评估DAPT中断与支架血栓形成（ST）和心源性死亡/靶血管心梗（CD/TVMI）的相关性。以阿司匹林和/或噻吩并吡啶中断>1天定义DAPT中断，以中断>14天定义长期中断。以无中断、支架置入1个月内中断和>1～12个月中断DAPT将患者分为三组。

结果显示，DAPT中断和无中断患者分别为1069例（21.83%）和3827例。在166例1个月内中断组患者中共出现6例确定性/可疑ST事件（3.61%），在>1～12个月中断组患者中共出现1例ST事件（0.11%）。在无中断患者中共出现32例ST事件（0.84%）。在1个月内和>1～12个月中断组患者中CD/TVMI发生率分别为6.84%和1.41%，在无中断患者中则为4.08%。
